about Richie Lee
Richie Lee headed south to Nashville in 2006 from New Jersey. He has quickly become the most dynamic and motivational Fitness Trainer in Music City. Richie's love and passion for helping others reach their fitness goals got him voted the "Best Personal Trainer" in The Best of Nashville Reader’s Poll 4 times. His wildly popular boot camp AKA “Kamp Karisma is the hottest workout in town and is more addictive than any drug", says Nfocus Magazine. This highly effective program incorporates HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), plyometrics and kickboxing.
“You will gain confidence, transform your body and walk with a stress-free swagger!”
Richie Lee has also been selected to represent Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle TN as their “Challenge Champion” in affiliation with The Biggest Loser’s “Pound for Pound Challenge” for two consecutive years.
Richie holds a black belt with Tiger Schulmann’s Mixed Martial Arts and is a decorated wrestler. His discipline in wrestling, martial arts and weight training coupled with his “Karismatic” way with people inspires you to do better in life.
“I remember the first day I met Richie and the first words he ever told me were “You can use a machine or be the machine. You decide”. That day I signed up to “be the machine” and I’ve been hooked ever since. Not only does he make working out incredibly entertaining, he’s taught me self discipline and fearlessness like no one else could. Thanks to him I’m toned, fit, and ready to defend myself against anyone who threatens me!”
Richie Lee's Karisma Fitness has headlined Mayor Karl Dean's Field Day at Titans Stadium for 3 consecutive years.
“I have made myself stay in pretty good shape most of my life and though I enjoy how I feel after I exercise, I have never really enjoyed working out. That is until I began taking Richie’s class. Don’t get me wrong his class is tough but his mixture of cardio, kickboxing, and strength training is different every day and I never get tired of it. I am also in the best shape of my life. I’m turning 50 in a few months and thanks to Richie I say bring it on!”
